I wanted to take a moment to extend my warmest congratulations to you, Mark, on your recent appointment as the Executive Vice President of Civitan International. As a fellow member of Civitan-Sierra Leone and one of the founding members of this organization, I am extremely proud of your achievements and confident that your leadership will inspire many to join our cause worldwide. I recently had the opportunity to meet with Bockarie Ensah, the Country Director of Civitan-Sierra Leone during my visit to the country. It was an enlightening discussion, and I was impressed by the dedication and hard work of Bockarie and his team in sensitizing youths towards nation-building and promoting good citizenship. Their focus towards discouraging youths from indulging in the KUSH drug disaster is commendable and needs to be supported. I would like to suggest that you take a visit to Sierra Leone with one or two officials me included to conduct a feasibility study on how we can support the efforts of Bockarie Ensah and his team. It will be a great opportunity to explore how we can lend our support to them and make a positive impact on the community.
