Take Your President’s Council Membership Further

Since 1991, members of the President’s Council have done something remarkable: they’ve turned personal generosity into lasting impact for Civitan International. Every gift, at every level, helps secure our organization’s future and strengthens our mission of building good citizenship — with a special focus on serving people with developmental disabilities.

Now, we’re asking our President’s Council family to consider one more step: to level up.

Why Level Up?

Think of your membership like a game you’re already winning — except every level up here means real people get real support. Moving from Council to Senior Council, from Senior Council to Advisor, or from Advisor all the way to Cabinet doesn’t just increase a number on a form. It expands what Civitan can do: funding planned giving initiatives including legacy gifts, memorial gifts, major gifts, organizing fundraisers, submitting grants and sponsorships; which provides even more funding for our organization!

The Levels

Leveling up is easier than you think. Our monthly Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or recurring charge to your debit or credit card options, let you move up a tier for just a little more each month — often less than the cost of a dinner out. Adding a household member is simple too and is available at a reduced rate.

What You Gain

Leveling up isn’t just about giving more — it’s about being recognized more. Every President’s Council member already receives a distinctive lapel pin and an invitation to the President’s Council Reception (this year during Champions Circle at Churchill Downs) at Civitan’s annual international convention. As you rise through the levels, you stand alongside a growing circle of leaders whose generosity shapes Civitan’s next chapter. Our annual report will list you at the higher level!
