Welcome to the Civitan Member Portal & Online Community!
We’re excited to introduce Civitan’s new online experience — designed to make it easier than ever to manage club operations, stay connected with fellow Civitans, and access the tools and resources you need.
Whether you are a club officer handling membership and billing tasks or a member looking to engage with your club and the larger Civitan community, this new platform was built with you in mind.
Logging In for the First Time
Step 1: Click the blue button below to access the log-in page.
Step 2: Enter the same email address where you receive newsletters and magazines from Civitan International. The system uses it to locate your account. You should have also recieved a portal log-in invitation to this email address.*
Step 3: Click “Forgot my Password“
Step 4: Check your email for password reset instructions and create your password.
Step 5: Once your password has been created, you may log in anytime through the Portal access link provided on this page.
*Notes on email address usage for portal log-in:
- If you do not believe Civitan International has an updated or correct email address on file for you (you do not receive emails from Civitan International), please email growth@civitan.org.
- If you do not find the Reset Password email in your inbox, please check your junk, spam, social or promotions folders.
- Each member must have their own unique email address associated with their profile. The system does not allow multiple member accounts to share a single email address. For example, spouses or family members who both wish to access the platform will each need their own individual email address.
Launch Schedule & Training Opportunities
To help members and clubs feel confident using the new Portal and Community platforms, Civitan International will be offering a variety of upcoming training opportunities throughout the transition.
All webinars will recorded and available here if you are not able to attend a live session.

Additional Resources & Support
If this system feels new or unfamiliar at first, that’s completely normal. Like any new tool, there may be a learning curve as you get comfortable navigating the platform and discovering its features.

Regional Power Users:
Need a little extra help? Civitan’s Regional Power Users are trained volunteers who can assist members and club officers with common Portal and Community questions. They serve as a local resource for navigating MemberSuite, troubleshooting basic issues, and helping members get comfortable with the new system.
If you have questions about logging in, updating your profile, finding resources, or using Community features, your Regional Power User is a great place to start. They work closely with Civitan staff and can help escalate more complex issues when needed.
Important Transition Information: Member Center Moving to the Portal
As part of Civitan’s transition to our new platform experience, the resources and tools currently housed in the external-facing Member Center on the Civitan website are being moved into the new Portal and Community system.
This transition allows members to access club management tools, forms, resources, training materials, and community features all in one centralized location with a single login experience.
As of December 31, 2026, the current Member Center will be officially phased out. At that time:
- Forms and submissions will only be accessible through the Portal
- Member and officer resources will move fully into the Community Resource Library
- Training materials, guides, and support information will live within the new platform environment
We encourage all members and club officers to begin becoming familiar with the new Portal and Community now to ensure a smooth transition ahead of the Member Center retirement.
