More Help From Within: Regional Power Users

To help clubs and members successfully navigate the new Portal and Community platforms, Civitan International has established a team of Regional Power Users.

Power Users are trained volunteer leaders who have received additional hands-on instruction and early access to the system. They serve as a local support resource for members and clubs within their region.

Power Users can help with:

  • Answering general platform questions
  • Assisting members with navigation and basic troubleshooting
  • Helping clubs understand Community features and best practices
  • Providing guidance on common processes and workflows
  • Sharing tips and recommendations from real-world club use

Power Users work alongside World Headquarters staff to help support a smoother transition and continued success with the platform.
