Step It UP: Teambuilding Through Dance!
Monday, August 5th, 10:30am-12:00pm 

For more than 40 years, Frances Lujan has brought her talent, passion, unique style & unyielding professionalism to dance. As a performer, she has electrified audiences across the USA & in Japan, Spain, Mexico, Puerto Rico & Dominican Republic.  Television documentaries, conventions & festivals are part of the mix, too.  Some highlights include music videos with Frank Sinatra and the Bellamy Brothers and the Spanish Opera “Zarzuela”.  As choreographer and producer, Frances has directed & produced shows for major hotel chains including American Properties, Hilton, and Radisson. Frances is the director/owner of Los Tapatios & Ballet en Fuego Dance Companies. 

Frances will lead the class through team and relationship building using the art of dance. She will demonstrate and lead the group through traditional New Mexican folk dances, as well as Spanish dance and hand castanets. Participants will unlock hidden talents while having fun, and leave this workshop feeling the cohesiveness of common experience with their fellow dancers.

Lock It UP: Cyber Safety in Today’s Ever-Changing
Online Environment, Presented by Allstate
Monday, August 5th, 2:00pm-3:30pm 

Everyone deserves to feel safe online. Allstate Cyber Safety training gives adults the tools they need to navigate the internet securely. This session is presented live by Zoom, and is interactive, and provides actionable advice on common email and telephone scams, identity protection, and day-to-day cybersecurity awareness. 

The three important topics covered in this session are: 

  • Fraud and Identity Protection
  • Email and telephone scams involving phishing
  • General awareness on topics like password protection and privacy settings 

International Director Joel Hallman will facilitate interaction and Q&A between our Zoom presenters and in-person attendees. Joel has a Bachelor’s Degree in Cyber Security, and is currently finishing his Master’s Degree in the same field.

Level UP: Exploring Energy Dynamics in Relation
to Life’s Every Day Challenges
