ย Welcome to the New Civitan Member Experience!ย
We’re excited to introduce the new Civitan Member Portal and Community, powered by MemberSuite.
This new platform will become the central hub for Civitan members and club officers to access membership information, pay dues, register for events, connect with fellow Civitans, access resources, and stay engaged with Civitan programs and activities.
To help make the transition as smooth as possible, we will be offering a series of live webinars, training sessions, office hours, and convention learning labs throughout July and August. Whether you’re a general member or a club officer, we’ll walk you through everything you need to know.ย
What Do I Need to Do?
Step 1: Watch This Quick Intro Video
Learn why Civitan is making this change, what benefits the new system offers, and what to expect during the rollout.
Step 2: Log In and Explore
On Tuesday, July 7, members will receive an email with instructions for accessing the new portal. After loggin in for the first time, click around, test it out, and then to learn how to get the best from the system.
Step 3: Participate in Live Training Sessions
Join one of our All-Member and/or Club Officer training sessions to learn how to navigate the Portal and Community and take advantage of all the new features available to you.
Step 4: Ask Questions
Need help? Join one of our office hours sessions, attend a Learning Lab at Convention, or reach out to your Regional Power User or Civitan staff for assistance.

Additional Support
Need a little extra help? Civitan’s Regional Power Users are trained volunteers who can assist members and club officers with common Portal and Community questions. They serve as a local resource for navigating MemberSuite, troubleshooting basic issues, and helping members get comfortable with the new system.
If you have questions about logging in, updating your profile, finding resources, or using Community features, your Regional Power User is a great place to start. They work closely with Civitan staff and can help escalate more complex issues when needed.
