WELCOME, 2026–2027 CLUB PRESIDENTS-ELECT

Thank you for your service to your club, your community, and Civitan. Your leadership plays an important role in keeping your club strong, connected, and ready to serve.

Important: Civitan is transitioning club officer training and resources to our new Member Portal for the 2026–2027 year.

2026–2027 Club Officer Training is not yet open. Due to the ongoing implementation of our new software and training platform, the launch of this year’s officer training has been delayed. We currently anticipate training opening in early October.

WHQ will notify club officers by email as soon as training is available, including instructions for accessing and completing training through the Member Portal.

There is no action you need to take regarding training at this time.

NEW HOME FOR CLUB OFFICER RESOURCES

Beginning with the 2026–2027 Civitan year, all current club officer resources and training materials will be housed in the Civitan Member Portal.

The resources listed on this page are archived materials from the 2025–2026 year and are being left here temporarily to assist members during the transition. This page will not be updated with 2026–2027 materials.

Effective December 31, 2026, this page will be retired completely. After that date, club officer training, manuals, calendars, forms, tools, and other current resources will be available exclusively through the Member Portal.
