Before completing the annual Club Compliance Submission, please review the Licensing Agreement and Protecting Vulnerable Communities Handbook, linked below. You will be asked to accept both on behalf of your club. 

New Requirement for 2025:

Per Civitan International Bylaws Article IX – Member Clubs, Section 9.04: Each member club shall be incorporated as a separate nonprofit corporation in the state of the club’s residence. This requirement is also reinforced in International Policy 0326 – Incorporation of Clubs/Legal Liability Protection.

During a recent audit of Civitan club incorporations, it was discovered some clubs have let the incorporation lapse or become inactive. This year, clubs are required to upload documentation verifying your club’s state incorporation status remains active and current. Please obtain this required document prior to completing the annual Club Compliance Submission.
