CONVENTION VOTING RESULTS – Voting delegates at the 103rd Civitan International Convention carried out several items of business while in Indianapolis. The group elected Past Senior International Director Michael Morgan from Maryville, Tennessee, as Civitan International’s President-Elect. Voters in Region 3 District also voted in their next International Director Chuck Bowman, of Salisbury, North Carolina, who will take over that board position on October 1. The bylaws proposal approved by the Civitan International Board of Directors was also ratified by membership. The vote was 111 people in favor of ratification, 52 people opposed, and one person abstained. Overall, in the 2023 Civitan International elections, there were 220 eligible voting delegates submitted by clubs prior to the convention with 164 delegates registered and voting at the convention.
