Civitan International is transitioning club officer training, resources, and tools to our new Member Portal for the 2026–2027 Civitan year.

2026–2027 CLUB OFFICER REPORTS

Club Officer Reports are still due by September 30, 2026.

Each club must submit its 2026–2027 Club Officer Report by the September 30 deadline. This deadline has not changed as a result of the software transition.

Club Officer Reports may be submitted in either of two ways:

• Through the new Member Portal by a current club officer
• Through the existing Club Officer Report form in the Member Center

If you have already submitted your club’s 2026–2027 Club Officer Report through either method, you do not need to submit it again.

2026–2027 CLUB OFFICER TRAINING

2026–2027 Club Officer Training is not yet open. Due to the ongoing implementation of our new software and training platform, the launch of this year’s training has been delayed. We currently anticipate training opening in early October.

World Headquarters will notify club officers by email as soon as training is available, including instructions for accessing and completing training.

All Civitan Club Presidents, Presidents-Elect, Secretaries, and Treasurers are required to complete annual officer training.

To be certified for the 2026–2027 year:

• A 2026–2027 Club Officer Report must be submitted to World Headquarters.
• The President, President-Elect, Secretary, and Treasurer reported for the club must complete their required officer training.
• The individual completing each training course must match the officer reported to World Headquarters in that role.

The 2026–2027 training deadline and additional certification details will be announced when training opens.

CLUB OFFICER RESOURCES HAVE MOVED

Beginning with the 2026–2027 Civitan year, current club officer resources will be housed in the Civitan Member Portal.

The role-specific pages linked below are being maintained temporarily to assist members during this transition. Resources on these pages are from the 2025–2026 Civitan year and will not be updated for 2026–2027.

Effective December 31, 2026, these pages will be retired. Current manuals, calendars, forms, training materials, and other club officer resources will be available exclusively through the Member Portal.
