2010 Junior Civitan Sno-Do In January2010, Heartland Junior Civitan Governor Staphany Chanthavong took off for the great white north to hang with a fast crowd, snowmobiling at the annual Junior Civitan Sno-Do. Each winter, Junior Civitans from all over gather in Canada at this exciting event to raise money for the Civitan International Foundation. This year, thanks to Heartland Civitans, we were able to donate over $2,000.
