CLUB PROJECT TOOLKITS

As a Civitan, you are ready to give back to your community through several ways. The service projects you will find here are easy to implement, but they are designed to have a great impact on your community. You and your fellow Civitans will have a wonderful time connecting through service and raising awareness.

COVID-19 can’t stop Civitans from spreading the word about the incredible work of this organization! Use these ideas and resources to take advantage of your platform, from home, in the midst of a pandemic. Your community needs to know that you are using your Civitan hands to change lives, change your community, and change your world for the better. Don’t be afraid to toot your own horn! Learn more.

Civitan Clubs often host school supply drives to benefit local classrooms prior to the start of the school year, but what happens when the class uses all the collected supplies? The purpose of this project is to help re-stock classrooms mid-year, or put together kits for students completing school virtually. Learn more.

The purpose of this project is to raise awareness for Civitan International and local clubs by celebrating all of our 2019-2020 ACHIEVEMENTS. Conclude with a Happy New Year celebration and the introduction of our new rallying word for the year, LEADERS. Learn more.

The purpose of this project is to deliver a beach or vacation experience to individuals who are elderly or living with I/DD, and are supported by residential facilities, and may not have a chance to experience a getaway due to ability level or COVID-19 pandemic restrictions.  Learn more. 

The Civitan-Sparks Clinics is in need of masks for the children being seen at the clinic and their families. Donations of bandanas or other face coverings, like no-sew t-shirt masks, are also being accepted. Learn more.

The purpose of this project is to provide a way for clients or residents of organizations and agencies practicing shelter-at-home are staying engaged with the community. Learn more.

Servant’s Heart Awards (SHA) is a global awareness project that offers  clubs a unique opportunity to honor someone in their community who supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Learn more.
