Arab Civitan Club Bylaws Amendment Proposal 

A provision in the current Civitan International Bylaws allows a club or district board to present bylaw changes if approved appropriately and submitted by a certain deadline.  The board of the Arab Civitan Club did just that.  Their proposals are below.  It will be before membership at the 2022 Civitan International Convention.  This proposal was NOT approved by the Civitan International Board of Directors nor cleared by corporate counsel.
